While I did grow my hair out fully during the 2000s, I also had police trouble then. Not to mention the 2000s was when our culture started its decline. Music and movies have not been the same since the turn of the century.
Wow it's hard to believe that was 14 years ago...I don't think I have any digital pictures from that era of myself!
