Well, lots of shorthaired and bald men don't take care of their hair either, but there's not enough hair there to see it. [wink]

i do agree with you: several men are buzzed only while they do not want take care of their hair
and i agree too with antony; it is easy to be negligent with short hair that we do hate; that's impossible when we decide growing out while we do love long hair wearing
This is what one often gets, because they feel embarrassed when a man has longer hair than they do. One thing I resolved, when I told my wife that I was not cutting any more, was to be scrupulous about regular washing, conditioning and grooming.
I was negligent about my buzz cut hair because there was nothing to be interested in. Now it is growing, I am very attentive about presentation and cleanliness - and I think that is appreciated. Sometimes one gets the odd jibe about being coquette and having a comb and mirror in my car, but I just say that it's what I took on as part of the deal.
A woman loves having her whims, but this is something she can't ignore - at least with me.
