Went out last night to see The Los Lonely Boys(great show),when I got home thought my hair didnt look too bad so I took a pic before bed. Been trying to lose weight since the end of January, Im down 45 lbs. so far only about 200 more to go,lol.

Good to see you back, James. Your hair is looking good. I imagine you have had a lot of work. Coming out of winter (you've had a particularly cold one) and starting to get more active does wonders for the health!
