  Long Hair In Albany

  
  

  Tonight we had an old fashioned bean supper at one of our local GAR Halls. One of the guests was the major, a number of young men received awards from the mayor for winning a history contest. One of those winners was a young man with long hair. (His hair was somewhat shorter than mine but it was good to see I wasn't the only only one with long hair.) One of the other guests was none other than President Lincoln. Our civil war group does this every year.
