I'm old enough to remember this song. (59).
I was in college then, and about 20 years old. I'm 67 now. The Troggs sang about love being all around, not hair, of course, but the line was fitting. When we have thoughts of growing out our hair, we envision running our future long hair through our fingers. What we don't envision is our toes also getting in it, when we are barefoot around the house. [grin]
Hell, we have to laugh about ourselves, and when I saw that cartoon I cracked up.
