Following another victory for marriage equality, this time in the State of Indiana, the first couple married, and interviewed in the linked story, were two longhairs!
Two longhairs first couple married in Indiana
That is so cool!!!!!!!
When I was young, it never even occurred to me to dream about this ever happening in America; but now that we are witnessing this historic change happening right before our eyes, it makes perfect sense to me... and I am THRILLED beyond words!!!!
Thanks so much for sharing this with us, Bill!
Great story.
Very nice!
They look enough alike to be brothers, too...
It's nice to see two "normal" guys proclaim love for one another in such a "normal" way -
I liked the sequence of photos. Nicely done.
Wow, this is amazing! Especially since it was in Indiana, one of the redder states. The fact that they are longhairs only adds to the greatness.

This is fantastic. On May 17, 2004, Massachusetts became the first state to have gay marriage. Now a decade later the state is still standing, it hasn't slid into the ocean, been struck down by lightning, or been swallowed up by an earthquake. And now it is among 19 states with gay marriage. And a number of these gay couples have been together for many years. There are alot of straight couples that can't say that. Hopefully It may not be too long before gay marriage is legal in all fifty states.
Hi Bill,
Thanks for posting this story! It is very nice to see we're making progress finally! Still have an awful long way to go...
