Thanks for the kind words on mine. You're doing very well. Your front bangs seem to be growing quickly. Mine seem somewhat slow. You seem to have a few curls and waves - they give character.

Its seems to me that in the past two months my bangs weighed down considerably. Which I am glad for, so I decided to do the center part, which I have been eagerly awaiting since the start of growing.
Your hair is coming along so nicely. You have distinct characteristics appearing in your hair, it's taking on its own personality (especially the sides) which I think are just great!

Thank you much for saying so, I definitely am liking the center part more than the side part, it just took time to reach that stage, gaining more confidence now.

They are just short of my top lip. I am growing from a buzzcut and it is 10 months to the date.

Indeed i have tied it up that way, was not willing to deem it as worthy so am ignoring the fact I can tie it up for now. Until it is truly ready. Thanks!!!
Same thing with me - when I put a hair band on, the shorter side hairs still come out in seconds and look a real mess. It's just a matter of more patience. I tie it up for the shower on days when I'm not washing my hair.
Until those side hairs are long enough to stay tied up, wearing it loose looks better.

We are at the exact same length, at about the same time frame! Just short of nose tip length here as well!

Hahaha thanks for the good laugh and thank you much for the compliment. I am very happy at this stage now, it is beginning to appear "long". I am going to post a comparative at one year mark. I also just measured the hair length, starting from buzzcut the length is at 5 1/2 inches starting from 0 in 10 months. Which doesn't appear to be too much off of average but it sure makes a differences over a great number of months.
I don't to seem to be boasting, but I buzzed the back of my head in September 2013 to less than half an inch. A year later, my hair in the same place is 8 inches long (just measured it). The top of my head is only about 7 inches, so is a bit slower.
Anyway, well done and keep going...
