I was getting ready to leave work this afternoon and decided I'd post an update. I've been growing my hair for about 24 months!
Wow, it's looking awesome man, very healthy, reaching the 24 months mark requires a lot of patience I must say, I'm only gonna reach that mark on the next year but I'm already feeling better and better month by month.

Man, you have the total package going here my friend! Your hair, beard, glasses and everything go together so well! What is your goal length? I can't remember for some reason! I am definitely inspired man! And I can tell you also, that your long hair would NOT keep me from hiring you either! I say this since Val had posted a while back about hair length and getting hired. Please keep it growing and flowing!

I'm not good at clicking on each reply and commenting, so I'll do it all here. Thanks so much for your ongoing support and the tremendous compliments. Growing my hair has been a thrilling journey. I had originally had shoulder length as my goal. However, I've kept going. I'm thinking now that I'll trim back a bit at the end of the year. But, I said that last year. Who knows. I am enjoying the feeling of hair on my skin on my shoulders and now my back. It's amazing!
Honestly, I had tried to grow my hair out several times in high school and college, but never really got beyond "almost shoulder length". I've always wanted long hair, but got caught up in how it would be perceived...how it would look...the usual issues that people discuss. A couple of years ago I felt differently and decided to go for it. Even then, I thought making it to my shoulders would be tough and that I'd cut it right away. Now that my hair is well beyond my shoulders, it's become a part of me. I've only thought of cutting it a couple of times and that was just going back to shoulder length. It's not even on the table to cut it back to "short".
I'm thrilled with my hair and glad to have a group of guys of similar mind. You guys have amazing hair that inspires so many. Thanks for all your encouragement and for reading my posts!
