Would you guys consider this as "mid back length" ?
This is my hair length right now (I took these pics last night) . My hair grows in different layers and I think I like it this way. I might trim it in the future to kinda even it out.
What do you think?

I would say that your hair is approaching mid-back length. The different lengths of your hair looks very natural and is definitely very becoming. I suggest that you simply let it continue to grow naturally at different lengths to terminal length. Your hair makes you look stunning!

According to the chart he has Bra Strap Length, LOL! I think most people call that Mid Back Length on a man, even though the chart has that marked somewhere else.

I measured it on the screen, arm pit length = mid back length.
Either way it looks great.
IMHO you should wait before trimming. You may find you prefer
it waist length or longer. But you should try it longer (terminal length?) and see what you prefer before any trim.

Yes, I would call that mid back length. Great looking hair by the way!
I would hold off until at least spring before considering the trim to even things out, you might find that nature will even it out enough for you by then anyway.

In my opinion, your hair still looks more like "shoulder blade length" (or as Electros commented below, "Bra-strap length" -- the term they use at the woman's long hair community - LOL); but, it's all relative...
It won't be long, though, before you'll have no doubt in your mind that your hair will be mid-back!

Your hair looks fantastic! I don't think you've reach mid back yet...but it will be soon!
Regarding a trim, I guess it all depends on the health of your hair, specially the ends. Personally, I have my hair trimmed every 6 months, approx 1 cm. It ensures my ends are healthy and strong. I have fine hair so I find I need to do it twice a year to keep some "thickness". Also, , I had my hair leveled out a few years ago to show greater thickness. I love it!!!
