The wind cooperated, for once.
Beautiful hair and beautiful scenery. So where are you? In
mountains somewhere obviously.
Just east of Island Lake in the Desolation Wilderness (Calif.)
Wow! Awesome! Unbelievable length. Hope to get close to your length one day... How long do you want your hair to be? How's your S.O. feeling about it?
A.D.
Thank you!
My length goal has always been "longer", I'm somewhere around terminal, but if I get a bunch more length I just have to see how it goes.
My GF likes long hair...we've gone back and forth between who has the longer hair...I'm longer at the moment.
Hi Trolleypup,
All I can say is just magnificent! Your hair has very nice shine and I really like the subtle waves throughout! Needless to say, I kind of like the windswept look of your hair! I joked with my wife one day that the wind never seemed to blow when my hair was shorter! And heck, my hair isn't even that long yet!
This is a beautiful photo of you and your hair in natural surroundings. Well done and I thank you for the extra jolt of inspiration! I shall press on! Please stay well my friend!
Ted
My waves vary a lot depending on my routine, this is as much from bunning and ponyscrubbing as my normal wave pattern. Also after a few days of hard hiking.
Thank you!
Beautiful!!!
(BTW, your hair looks great too ;-)
Thanks, hard to compete with nature!
Actually, you are natural in allowing your hair to grow out :)
Gr8. pic. ... amazing length & fullness - such beauty surrounds us - watch out for cougars, hiding in cliff-face ... cheers CEM.
I'll admit to some prepping the night before so my hair didn't look like a haystack.
Only met one cougar on the trail, but she seemed absorbed in her own business. ;)
Envious of the length, as always.
Absolutely beautiful, and your hair looks pretty good also.
Daniel: The wind cooperated, for once.
That was by far the prettiest of the lakes I went by last week.
Thanks!
Looks wonderful! With a mane like that getting the elements to cooperate is a challenge.

And now I am home in SF with washed and preened hair...chances of getting an outside picture are 0%!
Beautiful - great picture.
Do you take the opportunity to wear your hair loose and flowing on walk abouts in San Francisco? It's amazing to see someone with hair that long, and for that someone to also be a man - makes it more rare - at least that's the way it is around here.
Thank you.
Absolutely. Let people know it is one of the options...and, I'm vain enough to enjoy the commentary.
Great shot! It's always awesome to see great hair, and great scenery... I'll bet you had a nice time away from bus driving..
Thanks so much for posting!.. The Spaf Man
It is always good to get away from the day job!
WOW trolleypup, what an excellent photo, terrific in every way!!!! And what could be more complimentary to long hair than spectacularly beautiful outdoor scenery?
Looks like the high Sierra country of Yosemite Nat'l Park... simply AMAZING!!!!!
I'm still at work right now, but decided to catch up with the board -- I had every intention of NOT responding to anyone tonight; but this pic is so outstanding, how could I possibly stay silent and just lurk?
EXCELLENT hair, AND awe-inspiring photography! Thanks so much for sharing this here!

Thank you, Ken!
Like James Watt said, You seen one, you've 'em all! Except for individual variations, you mix ice and granite and you get a more or less similar scenery! Actually it looks more like the Emigrant Wilderness, which is similarly lower than the Yosemite High Country.
Glad to provide a worthwhile distraction!
Wow Robert, you have grown one incredible hair mane! Congrats on the length, and on to the ground. :)
I can hope!
Thanks!
