With a year's worth of growth without any trims in the back, a ponytail seems so close yet so far away. Here's to pretend to have one:
Directions:
Make half tail with hair at top, tie back with hair tie.
Gather rest of hair, including the half tail, and then tie back with hair tie two, making sure that the upper hair is tucked into the rat tail.
This is 17 months of growth... the shortest hairs are at my chin... although still not long enough to tie into my ponytail and long enough I wouldn't want to wear it loose.
I'm taking 20 credits worth of classes at Cornell... which probably wasn't a very good idea. (Typical load is 15)
Lookin' good there, ,mkl!
I do that sort of hairstyle sometimes myself, even though I'm waaay beyond the "awkward" stage!
But tell me: 20 units of classes at Cornell? Are you CRAZY?? (I don't think I could survive even 5!!!!!)

I think that's a great solution for "the in between phase"
20 credits would make my head explode! (That's not good for the hair)

I have enough trouble with 7 credit hours a semester, but I also have a 50+hr work week.

I sometimes will do this even though my hair is way past long enough to catch in a normal tail.
