I want to thank / NOT thank Mark Hairball for taking this pic of me at the beach last week (and this one, believe it or not, is THE BEST out of the 3 pics that he took that day)!
Mark, please hide me behind a tree or large rock the next time you take a snap-shot of this old geezer...
We had a great time that day, all things considered (and myself looking very pregnant aside) -- other than my apologies to Mark for breaking his camera!

PS - in the background are the famous Seal Rocks near San Francisco's Cliff House restaurant. I am standing on what's left of the old Sutro Bath House ruins, what at one time was a well-known glass-domed swimming pool and heated salt water health spa type smaller pools, which was very popular during the early 1900s.
Dang - I wish I was to rub it for good luck and SF tours :)
Looking great, Ken!
- Oren
You are all too kind, Oren! And speaking of tummies... I've always been extremely envious of the flat narrow-type waistlines, like: YOURS!!
As far as SF tours go, I'd be more than happy to oblige! If you decide to go to the Folsom St. Fair next year, just stay over a few days past the weekend, as my normal days off from work are usually Tuesdays & Wednesdays, sometimes also Mondays (I normally work weekends, which is why I didn't make it to Will's party this year).
Thanks again, Oren, "You are a gentleman and a scholar, and a judge of fine..." (fill in the blank - LOL!}

Hi Ken,
I really enjoyed the day we all spent together including that cloudy day at the beach.lol.I think you looked fine in that photo but if you really wanted to hide behind a rock there is that cool one with the hole in it out in the ocean;) It's hard to imagine that day was just one week ago today!Time is just going way too fast.Cheers

Thanks so much for the kind comments, Mark! As far as that rock goes, though, that's out at sea just a little too far for my tastes -- I'd have to be another Coast Guard rescue victim, I think! I can just picture the SF Chronicle headlines: "Old Longhaired Geezer Nearly Drowns Trying to Hide Behind Seal Rocks!"
Oh well, maybe next time I'll find me a dry rock to hide behind (LOL)....

Great picture - beautiful coastal scenery - and Ken, beauty is in the eye of the beholder...
How kind of you to say that, Fitz, thank you!!
Reminds me of another favorite saying of mine, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder"... Which reminds me of my favorite re-wording of that famous saying: "Great ABS makes the heart grow fonder!"
OK, I'd better stop this nonsense while I'm still ahead! (LOL)

Hi Ken,
I am so glad Mark got this pic of you!You look great amidst the historical ruins and I'm glad you all had a wonderful time! This makes me miss Northern California though!
Ted
Thanks, Ted! And I forget sometimes that you lived in Northern California at one time... It's a beautiful part of the USA to live in, isn't it? But then again, there are so many wonderful parts of the country (and THE WORLD!!) to see, explore, and live in, there's no reason not to find beauty wherever one lives (but hey, I admit I'm a bit prejudiced - LOL)....
- K
Nice Pic! I'm glad you guys had a good time.....
You, and your hair, are looking great... Thanks for sharing!
The Spaf Man
Mr. Spaf Man, you are all too kind, sir! Yes, we enjoyed a nice day at the beach that day -- I used to live right across from San Francisco's Ocean Beach at one time in my life; so I miss it terribly, and get very nostalgic about it every time I visit (even though I still live in the same city).
