I have no pretension to the holiness or evangelical zeal of John Wesley, but I seem to have almost reached his length! I am glad of the choice I made.

Not only you reached his lenght, but you look exactly like him, did someone said that humans can't travel in time? Now I believe hahahaha.
Your hair is looking very nice Anthony, it fits you very well.
Cheers!
No, no time travelling. Some things don't change. Yes the hair is coming on, and I reach 14 months since my short haircut of September 2013. Nearly all my hair (except the front) goes into a ponytail if it isn't too low. I am well on...

That is a pretty amazing likeness you share - and since you share the similar clerical robes, and spiritual connection, you are following in some awesome footsteps, Anthony.
The fact that I graduated from a Wesleyan college in western New York State helps me relate to what you are saying here.

Indeed I have always had a soft spot for Wesley, and especially since I discovered that he had long hair. Indeed, my choir robes are not a disguise, but what go with my priesthood in the Church. His hair was real (not a wig) and so is mine.
To whom much is given much will be expected. Something of a responsibility!

Astounding similarities there, Anthony -- only in my opinion, I think your hair looks BETTER!!!
- Ken
Many thanks, Ken, I'm nearly out of the awkward stage and my hair begins to fall and flow. It's lovely to shake my head and feel it on my shoulders. Why didn't I do this before?!

Being a Methodist, I can relate to what you are saying. I hope you have a better relationship with your wife than Wesley had with his. Your hair is looking very nice, Anthony.
I am an Anglican belonging to the Anglican Catholic Church so also referring to one tradition whilst belonging to an independent body. Wesley remained an Anglican priest all his life and only intended Methodism to be a movement rather than a new church. My Diocese (UK) has excellent relations with the Methodists of Westminster Central Hall.
I can say that my wife has never dragged me around the kitchen by my hair! Actually, she has become more accepting of my hair as it began to take shape after my 12 months or so. Thanks for the compliment.
