I just saw the film 'Erin Brockovich' for the first time; it was on TV here last night.
I was happy to see Erin's love interest, George (played by Aaron Eckhart) rock a long hairstyle with pony tail. I thought it was fitting that his character was a somewhat unconventional, nurturing male (although nobody would accuse him of being 'un-manly').
As an aside, I really enjoyed Julia Roberts in the film. I think her career has been plagued by a succession of so-so roles that were not worthy of her talent. I did, however enjoy her performance opposite Tom Hanks in 'Larry Crowne' in 2011 which I thought was a lovely film even if it was something of a sleeper.
