Took a chance on this and am really pleased with it. With hair down to my butt I am prone to tangling. For me the brush is doing as advertised and am sure there are some here who would be interested. I am using the brush for normal hair. Got mine at Boscov's store Northeastern Pa. for $12.99.
Let me also wish Merry Christmas and Seasons Greetings to all. Rarely post but still around.

(Also took a chance on a WinCleaner USB computer cleaner ... would not install and waste of cash ... buyer beware!)
Michel Mercier Detangling Hair Brush
I seriously don't know if those things work for true, lot of ads that promises a lot of things and in reality, it's just another chinese product with an added label from a famous company.
But, if this thing works for true like you said and you're pleased for it, maybe it's gonna be useful for some people here in the board, but not for me, curly hair gets a lot of frizz from brushing you know, hahaha.
Anyway, Happy Christmas for you man.
Cheers!
a great Christmas to you also
This response isn't anything about the brush, but if that picture is yours that's listed above, that's exactly what I'm going for one day! The bearded, long-haired look! You wear it stunningly, dude! I'm beyond jealous
Thanks for the compliment. The picture was taken about 4 or 5 years ago. Hair is longer and I've grown older. Good luck in achieving your goal.
Hi Karsten.
I've never seen that brush. However, FYI, I use a brush called "the wet brush". It was recommended to me by my hair stylist and I think it's mostly sold in hair salons. I've been using it since I reached shoulder length (now at mid-back) and I must say that it works really well, especially when your hair is very wet & tangled when coming out of the shower. I believe there are 2 sizes, e.g. the "regular" size brush (many colors) and a fairly small one that is easy to carry anywhere.
A.D.
I have one of those wet brushes also - works great. I am still very pleased with the new brush, I have noticed a big difference in the amount of hair I lose when brushing and as I have very long hair the strands when lost are quite noticeable.
Have a great holiday!

Hi Karsten, Merry Christmas to you my friend :) Glad to know you found a hair brush that works for you.I've been using a combination of a plastic wide tooth comb and boars bristle brush to manage my hair as the two work well for me.If my hair is on the dry side I'll wet the wide tooth comb with water several times as I comb with it to get moisture back into my hair. Then I'll finish up with the boars bristle brush which make the result very silky with minimal lost strands :)Good to see you post and let us know that indeed you are still around and long haired.Cheers!!!!

Merry Christmas to you also ... if I ever get to the city I'll let you know.
