So, I'm posting another update on the board, can't even imagine reaching 22 months and 2 months remaining for 2 years.
Back in time, January of 2011, I remember talking with my friends about growing hair, all of us to be more precisely and most of them refused the idea so as I, not only because my father's rules but for my hair staying in the same size for months, just like a terminal lenght, but I always wanted long hair no matter what, not for musical taste, not for fashion tendencies, but I've always imagined wearing long hair for all those years, but seeing it in the same size and remembering what my father could say, maded me for not getting into the mood for getting my hair long and I remember saying:
"Nah, this isn't for me, my hair doesn't get even longer than this"
Even saying this, I've tried to grown it and I reached one year without cutting it but I wasn't all that attached to my hair like I am nowdays, I wasn't even care for managing my hair, didn't even combed it because I know that, soon or not, my father would gave me a visit to the barbershop.
After the haircut he gave me in Febuary 2012, since this day I said to myself "This time I won't give up so easily like I did, even if he tries to force me to give me a haircut, I'm not going to play his game now, neither his rules"
After so many discussions and fights between us, he isn't bothering me anymore, but one rule still remained, "I'm not going with you like that in my car, stay in the house", I even lost the "Families Visit Day" in the factory he works, he gaved my name and my mother's name for getting authorized to pay a visit there and I guess you already know what happened, he started saying "If you want to visit there, you need to cut your hair first, what the other workers going to think of me? That I'm a degenerated father who doesn't care for his son? My son is a madman? A drugdealer? I don't want to get called names for this and I don't want my reputation to be negative with my friends in there".
Like I said one month before, the hot weather is ruling everywhere here and my parents went for a vacation last week and I'm alone at home, and for fighting the hot weather, I've tried to learn how to tie my hair the way it is and after spending 2 hours, I've finally learned how to tie it, the next step now is getting more quickly to do it since I still spend few minutes trying to do it hahaha.
It isn't 100%, since I can't tie everything yet but I can tie at least 80% to be more precisely, some parts in the front can't reach it to the ponytail, so I need to do a few tricks like braiding the front hairs (Yes, I need to do it because I have a unexplainable dryness in the front hairs and they look "puff" if I don't do this) to put it behind the ears and hiding some hair in the middle with some hairs in the back to get a "decent" or try to look "decent" ponytail look.
And how about sleeping with my hair tied? Never felt better, now I can woke up without all my neck wet and smelling bad, feels great and confortable, even for combing it makes more easily, since it doesn't do a lot of tangles like when it's loose, can't wait for it reaching more lenght to get everything tied and stop braiding front hairs and throwing then behind the ears.
And like Ken said "With your hair tied, you give the false look of short hair looking from the front" and I guess you were right, it's strange to me look at myself with my hair tied and trying to remember when it was short hahaha.
Anyway, for everyone who reads it, not only I'm happy that I can tie my hair, but I'm happy that in one week we're ending this year and it was a bad year for me and Christmas is coming, lot of delicious things for eat and everything hahaha.
I'm watching and reading all the comments from the board, so I'm disappeared hahaha.

Your hair is looking great. I find that sleeping in a ponytail makes things easier.....
Soon I may have to wear a bun all day at work..

It's better to wear it in a bun at work than cutting all your hair off in my opinion.
