I have long shoulder hair, and lose on the top of the head I'm 40
I try rogaine from now 45 days, and there is no result.
Is there a persons, try rogaine, and have result?

Sure, on some people but you need to consult a doctor about your specific situation.
You won't see results in 45 days. It will take months. Hair grows slowly and repairing the follicles takes time. Wait 6 months, then make a decision.

The most likely beneficial result you will have from Rogaine is that your hairloss will slow. The mechanism for retarding hairloss via Rogaine is unknown; it just seems to work fairly well for many people.
Some people do regain some hair using the 5% solution of Rogaine.
Propecia is a version of the prescription medication Proscar (finasteride) that probably also works to slow hair loss. It may result in modest regrowth in younger patients. 40 qualifies, probably, as younger. You need a prescription for Propecia.
