I decided to start a blog to document the process of growing out my hair and published my first post today, detailing the history of my hair.
The picture I attached is one that can be found in my post.
It is me in 8th grade, and 10th grade right after my parents forced me to cut my hair for the picture.
You can check it out here : http://journeyofgreatlength.blogspot.com/
Hi JP,
I enjoyed reading your intro. Just think what your length would be if you had kept it uncut from you high school days.
I can relate to your loving your hair. It is the same with me.
I'm sure everyone on this board will enjoy reading your journey.
I certainly will.

Hey JP Colleran,
I like your blog. Please continue to post updates. Keep all scissors and razors away from your head. Dismiss any thoughts of getting a trim as a bad idea. Just let your hair grow naturally to terminal length.
Your long haired bro,
Raymond
Are you the same Raymond I met at a home naturist gathering a year or so ago. Your hair looked great then'
I didn't have free rein to grow my hair until around my mid 30s. It's great that you're starting earlier. I'll always wonder what kind of hair I could have grown if I had started in my teens...
I spy your australian flag t-shirt :p
good luck with the hair journey
Hi JP,
I plan to follow your blog with great interest! It looks like your hair is meant to be long my friend! I look forward to seeing your journey to your heart's desire of long hair! No more scissors!
