I decided to start growing my hair out. No point in wasting time. I'll upload a pic of my current length which is pretty short and will continue to update on progress if there is any. Any advice or comments are appreciated. My hair has started to thin on top and it has receded a little bit which worries me.

That's awesome. I'll tell you though... I bought one of those laser combs last year and have been using it since July. It actually caused a noticeable difference. I'm truly shocked it worked for me. Of course, it took until January, but the line of my hair part is much more filled in.
Can you tell me more, Carter? What do you mean by a laser comb and what progress have you experienced.
I've been taking biotin for a couple years and I see some new hair sprigs but the crown of my head appears to be getting thinning and thinner - it is getting to the point where I am seriously considering my long hair look is not so nice. The guys here know I've struggled with this all along the growth process - I wish so much I had a nice full head of hair.
Better now than later.
Just let it progress and see what happens.
