This is my hair after washing with shampoo only. Very thick and full at best! LOL!
I used to be very careless when I had short hair, using shampoo only or sometimes the same shower gel as for my body. You will find that you will have to take more care as your hair grows.
Most of us have our favourite routines, using natural products or our favourite brands of shampoo and conditioner. I use shampoo and conditioner separately before the final rinse in cool or cold water. Some kind of conditioner is needed to preserve your hair oils that help to prevent damage.
