Here is my 4 month update. I got my last haircut on 10/20/14. Before and after and what I look like when I wake up! ; ) It looks like I will have to post the photos separately...

I like the shaggy vibre around this photo. U look redhead and sometimes blonde, but the color looks great and the grow is nice too. Keep on going
Todd, you're looking great with the longer hair style... I love your red hair - it's beautiful... My hair was reddish blonde when I was younger and my kids all have various shades of red, too. Kennedy is a good Irish name - as is mine - Fitzgerald.
Stick with it and it will look great after a year or so. The top of your head is not buzz cut, so you will get a single length more easily (if that's what you want, because layered hair can be lovely too). It's just a question of time as with us all.
We all had (have) to get through the awkward stage. There are things you can do, or you just stick with it!
