So I was sitting in class today, and I felt and saw something slide a little over my right eye. And then I realized, it was my hair! It's so funny how excited we get over the little things in life. I'm incredibly excited that my hair has somewhat made it to my eyes, and have also gotten incredibly positive feedback for my choice.

  You remind me of my excitement as I watched and celebrated every little milestone in the growth journey. I feel the process should be enjoyed including the awkward stage. Eventually you'll start to approach terminal length and the milestones will be few and far between.

    I agree. It is exciting to have your hair remind you every moment that you are on your way to longhairdom!
