Dear Gang,
Been busy lately with Passover and I had a little time to breathe, AND...it's such a nice autumn day here, so...
I've been fussily trying to put my hair in a braid for weeks and thought I was completely uncoordinated. But I finally managed and, as I thought I would, I rather like the braid. It's messy and playful and not as 'bouffant' as a ponytail usually is on me.

Best regards,
Don
Here's a view of the braid with a little less sun.
...hangin' loose and free!
...the front!
Thanks again for all the support and inspiration; you guys are the best!
(That doesn't mean I'm finished growing...onward and downward, growing and flowing!)
Don
...and as I've mentioned before I do like the after-washing curliness!
Thanks for indulging me! A good weekend and all the best...
Don
The braid is awesome! I can't wait to braid my hair. I tried last weekend and it's just too short. I got a kind of Pippi Longstocking look.
Yeah, Steve...patience, patience! I was visiting my daughter in December and she braided it one-two-three. But I've been trying to do it myself since then and only now cameup with what I consider to be an acceptable result. Side braids are easier, but yes there's the Pippi Longstocking/Judy Garland factor. Be well...

Hi Don.
Your hair looks so full & healthy! I love the thickness of your braid....wish my hair could make the effect...
