I just turned 57 years young this week. So here's an update. First pic is where I was in December 2012 ( 2 1/2 years ago).
And here's today, 2 1/2 years later! I love it!

Looks great. I'm about 1-1.5 years from that length. Thanks for posting so I have an idea of the growth timeline.

Thank you Ken. Yes I'm blessed. It's a lifelong dream that I can finally be able to let my hair grow long....My S.O. is not supportive but frankly I don't care!!!

Thank you! There's one important ingredient: PATIENCE!!! Seriously, I get a small trim every 6 months (1/4" to 1/2" max) and I wash my hair regularly with Giovanni 2Chic shampoo and conditioner (with Keratin & Argan Oil). Water in my house is fresh/clean as I live in the country and I'm not connected to the city water full of chemicals...
