So, I've been noticing this trend: I get up every morning with seriously bad bedhead. It takes me about 15 minutes to slowly detangle my hair with a comb. My hair isn't long enough to braid, and sleeping on a very small pony-tail is uncomfortable. Does anyone have some advice with what to do with my hair at night, so that it's not such a disaster in the morning? I'd be much obliged. Cheers. :)
As mine has grown, I simply sweep it back with a hand so that my head is not on my hair. I can help to buy silk or satin pillowcases, which feel wonderful and allow the hair to move with the head as we change position during the night.
I always leave my hair loose at night.

Erratum "It can help..."
I just have it loose under me at night. I just pull into a group, place it under my body. No tangles in the morning.
You an wear a stocking hat to bed. I personally would think that would be kind of uncomfortable, but it might be worth a try.
