Patrick B; awesome such an improvement ya look great. I have been using the Coconut oil since sometime in March this year, the size of a dime use your own body heat to melt it (in hot weather keep it in the refer though it is impossible to get out of the pint jar that it comes in melted) easily in you're hands I use it after towel drying and on another note I read that Cold Pressed Olive oil 0.5 ounce taken internally every day before breakfast will add strength to fine hair which I have and after about 3 months a lot more strength and natural shine. Just about to start the 2nd month of my 4th year with not cuts or trims. Will post soon a new pic.
