It's been 7 months! I am very pleased with how much my hair has grown in such a short amount of time. Thanks to anyone who has commented on my previous posts, I am doing my best to get back to you all and participate on this forum. Enjoy your day!

You have the PERFECT hair to grow looooong... And I confess: I'm very jealous of your good-looking hairline! (As men get older, it's quite common for most of us to experience some degree of hair loss -- in my case, for example, I have a modest degree of a receding hairline)
"Free advise" (for what it's worth - LOL): Keep on growing your hair out NOW.... Don't delay!! I wish I had done so myself when I was younger (I didn't achieve my first ponytail length until my 40th birthday).
Even guys with little or no MPB (Male Pattern Baldness) usually experience some hair-thinning as they get older; so, all the more reason to grow your hair long while you are young!!

Thanks for the compliment! I am also very pleased in my decision to grow my hair out early. Male pattern baldness is something that has effected my mother's side of the family quite a bit. And on my father's side, I have yet to meet one man that has balded before 70. However, on my father's side, all the men grey around 35, 40. I'm hoping for my father's genes, so I can have a nice head of grey hair in the distant future. Hopefully I will avoid my mother's hair genes.
