I originally posted here last year when I was growing out my hair. It's gotten much longer and I am very happy with the length. I usually wear it in a half pony tail of sorts, but am wearing it down in the pictures. Please share any advice for maintenance or styling you may have.

The styling looks great hope that you can continue to wear your hair down and fully free. As far as maintenance goes we have been discussing natural oils recently that really helps to control split ends and damage. Internally I have been taking a half oz of Olive cold pressed Oil daily and I can see more shine and limited shampoo to once in 2 weeks with just Aveda Conditioner when I shower.

Wow! Very nice color and texture hair you have there! I definitely don't see any awkward stage any more! I wouldn't think you need to do much more than what you're doing! Maybe use some oil if it seems dry at the ends. Just let it grow! I look forward to your future updates! Be well my friend!

You don't say how long you have been growing, but my guess is about two years. Your hair looks great. It is slightly longer than mine. I often do ponytails for going out, but also for doing practical work (nothing worse than bending forward to do something like change a vacuum cleaner bag and find yourself with a faceful or even a mouthful of hair).
My advice: keep the scissors far away until it is much longer, and then only for emergency split-end surgery. Enjoy letting it flop around, tickle your back - and have fun trying different sorts of buns.
