Guys I need help I brought home a furry tonight left my bike downtown and wouldn't let the young man be on his own. He has dreads and he hates them and so do I. What do I do to help him get them out and he had really long hair. Where do I start and what can I use to take them out he is gorgeous and sweet came to me as a furry in costume and his energy sucked me into his ora and wouldn't let go you Gay guys know what I mean. WOW and I have been virginal for over 5 years. HELP I COULD NOT LET THIS ONE GET AWAY.
Hi Daniel,
MLHH is a "G"-rated site. It's OK to be openly gay here; but, to get into detail about your personal adventures or relationships with another man is not appropriate.
The target audience for this hyperboard is any male age 13 on up, neither gay nor strait -- just mainly looking for support to either grow and/or keep one's hair long. It's not meant to be an advise community for personal relationships. If in doubt, read the FAQ.
Thanks,
Ken in San Francisco (who used to be one of the Moderators here)
I have no personal experience with dreads. Having said that, the only way that I can see saving the hair from the dreads is by spending a lot of time and care. Not likely to be done in one setting, most likely several settings over the course of several days to try to take them out. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Good luck
Daniel
Well here is what I know as of this moment in time I spent over 5 hours applying Coconut Oil to each dread-lock today but first I spent about 2 hours reading what Google had to say about removing and not cutting. I guess that we are fortunate that Christopher Wayne did not build his dread-lock hair style using wax so we are ahead of the game by not having to use a chemical to melt the wax and not the hair. You are correct this is not a one sitting project so I spent a lot of time out in my Rose garden. The hair at his scalp is already grown out about 8 inches that were not forced into the matted mess so Chris has left for his job and will probably be back in the morning for a second go at removing them. The coconut has been infused and squeezed into the hair I am reading that Almond Oil is good too. The picking looks like a steel pin working up from the ends maybe an inch at a time so there is plenty to do and I am hoping that we can get his hair back to shinning and long in about 5 to 7 days it is that long.
Legitimately the funniest thing I've read on this site. Lol 10/10
Thanks for the remark getting Dread-locks out will be interesting and I hope that everyone will have the patience with me and in the process and Chris cannot be the only one who has done this to his gorgeous long locks that go nearly to his belt. He was due back here for pancakes so there are 3 different agencies in Eugene Oregon looking out for him for me and laughing at the predicament what has been created. I am headed for the rose garden need to get some garden work done before I head out to find him myself.

I just don't even...I have no idea what to do about dreds. Perhaps Lord Google knows, or go ask a beautician. In the meantime, proofreading has never killed a man, ever.
