An actual one this time, not the foldover sock bun style. It doesn't hold well, with the hairs on the very bottom of my head as well as the sides near my face falling away after some running up and down the steps to get the mail. However, as a first attempt at a bun that uses only 1 hair tie, I love it!
It also highlights the streak in my hair, which is always awesome :)
Looking good my friend, watch out for not twisting the hair too hard to do the bun, it hurts and can damage your hair too.
Is that a natural or a fake one? either way, it looks cool.
Keep going and growing, I want to see you achieving mid back one day (It's not that far for now, just one more year and you can get it).
Take care my friend!
Thanks for the tips!
Yes, it's a real thing.
I as well cannot wait until I get to mid-back. By then, the sides/front of my hair can stay behind my shoulders and I can let it flow free and hit people!
Personally, I've always avoided man-buns because I've always looked at them as being too feminine. But, you can actually pull it off! Mongoloids look better than Caucasoids when it comes to long hair. Samurai!
Hi Vin Yang,
I have to congratulate you on an awesome mane, so far, and the bun looks soooooo cool!Your fortunate to have great hair to work with which will be easy to grow out towards magnificent lengths:)Thank you for the update and pics my friend.Cheers

Thanks for the kind words!
Nice going! I'm not sure I've enough hair to do that. I have a small pony-tail, I can sort of fold it, for a lazy-looking bun, but that's about it. The hair on my head is almost long enough to be held back in a pony tail. Good work! Cheers! :)
