Just a few summer pics from my climb/hike I did Saturday on Mt Rainier. I headed up with a fellow friend and longhair and he took these pics of me. The day was great! as you can see. We hiked up to a point at 7800 ft. It was an epic hike and wind and sweat make for messy hair! LOL

Great pics! BTW, I love mountain climbing also. It's a great way to relax, get some fresh air and ... exercise (obviously!)

Hey, thanks A.D. its great up there. I also hike in the Columbia River Gorge, in the North Cascades and the Oregon coast. I live in downtown Seattle and have about 4 5 to 6 mile routes I take through the city and along the water. its always interesting. Thanks again and I am always looking for people to come hiking with me, anyone is more then welcome! :)

When I was in my early 20s I took a 5 week wilderness course out in Lander, WY from NOLS (National OUtdoor Leadership School). My hair wasn't very long back then; but that summer it got to be the longest I had experienced so-far.
There's nothing as exhilarating as being in the great outdoors, checking out Mother Nature in all her glory & beauty, and getting in some great exercise to boot!
