        I never use hair dryers, always rinse with cold water, let my hair airdry, and never use hair products. I wash every other day and use conditioner only once a week as my hair produces enough oil on its self. I do take biotin pills daily as well as use shampoo with biotin in it.

          Thanks for the info, Patrick. I think I might be shampooing too often, based on what I have been reading on this site. I ordered some biotin a few days ago, so I'll see how that helps.
