I was visiting Planet Fitness this morning for my daily workout and noticed something interesting on the tv.
They are warning men with man buns to not have them too tight. Apparently some are pulling them too tight and suffering hair loss or hair damage.
Lets see......guys on this site have warned about that for how many years now? (Probably many years before I discovered this site.)

yes
does it show that the man buns are becoming "a norm" LOL
No, but they will do. They are still in the trendy phase.
Hmmm, interesting...
The first time I ever put my hair back into a "manbun" was sometime during the mid-'90s. Other than making the mistake of cutting my hair short in in the summer of 2000, I've worn man-buns ever since... and at age 62 now, I don't believe I've experienced any noticeable new recent hair loss -- at least not much beyond what I experienced back when I turned 30!
But then again if my head feels uncomfortable whenever wearing a bun that's too tight, I've always had the common sense to then loosen it up a bit.... I mean, for heaven's sake, women have worn their hair back in buns for many many YEARS -- and you don't see many of them going bald, do you?
OMG, the way TV will report something like this as "news" is just ridiculous!
