Its been bout one year without a trim...im hoping by the end of December/beginning of January to be able to trim the back to get to one length at the shoulders. this pic is a few months old

I don't but I will take and put one up as soon as I can, I have just got off a 16 hour rotation at the hospital and it looks a mess and im too tired to take one atm. However I will try to get one in the next few days if not when I get up in the morning.
