Hey, men with long hair,
I'm suffering from hair loss and was wondering does anyone know what stage I am in?
Also, do you think it's somehow going to grow back without medicine or am I f**ked? It seems like my hair has come to an end, though.
My dad is mostly bald.
Actually I don't think you're suffering from hair loss.
Bear in mind when your hair is long the length weighs down your hair. So that I beleive is the weight of the long hair, not hair loss.
Anyone concur with me on this?
To me, it looks more like the part in your hair. If you wear your hair parted in the middle, your part will become more noticeable over time. People naturally lose -- or appear to lose -- a little more hair in a part because the hair along the part grows in opposite directions, giving the appearance of a little baldness. It also depends how you brush or style your hair. Anyone can get a little traction alopecia from overbrushing or pulling their hair back too tight.
As for what stage, it would depend how old you are. But you don't look like you'll be bald any time soon! If you're really concerned, laser combs work really well on some people. They make your overall hair thicker/fuller over time.
