I'm just starting to grow my hair out from super short. I would like to grow it to at least my waist. How do most of y'all wear it once it starts to get long? I want try French braiding it once it gets long enough. Any of you ever do it? If so, could you post a pic so I can get an idea how it looks on a guy. Thanks
It sounds frustrating, but my advice is just to stop cutting your hair, let it grow and see what it looks like. You will have the "awkward stage" and you will be able to tie it up partially after about a year and a half in a little ponytail. Just be patient and enjoy the journey....

In the beginning I left it as it was. The hair gets in the way a lot until you can tuck it behind your ear. Some people use headbands for sports or a beanie if it's cold.
