  I know this issue has come up for discussion now-and-then. I remember reading about this particular case. It's good to hear that things worked out in his favor, and even though he has prevailed in his own case, he's still fighting for others to have the same outcome.

    It's good to see in this case. He needs to be really careful though. In Wisconsin there was a tragic case of a gunmen opening for in what he thought was a Islamic temple. It wasn't, it was
    Sikh temple. All too often there are these types of mistaken
    identities.
