Hi everybody,
Here are my 6 month progress update photos for what they're worth. Not much to get excited about, but at least it's coming back! I do thank you all for posting inspirational links and update photos. Sure does help me have something to look forward to! Please keep posting your updates and onward and downward!

I thank you kindly for your very nice words! Yes, it's going very slowly, but I am being patient! It only took about 20 minutes to cut it. It's taking much longer to get it back! And i definitely look forward to seeing my hair long again as well! Your recent update really inspired me I must say! The color and texture of your hair is to die for! You are doing awesome!
My health is holding out and I am feeling pretty good nowadays. You can see the difference in my face that I have lost weight. The dialysis is able to take more fluid off since my heart is not as strong as it should be. Really helps the heart. Thanks again for your reply and please be well my friend!

Hi Ted,
Glad your back as you experience a new longhair journey my friend.You achieved some nice length the last time so now this should be less of a learning curve unless you go beyond your previous length.Please do keep us posted on how things are going Ted :) Cheers

Thanks so much for your very kind words! Yes, I did have a decent amount of length. I'm definitely ready for more though. And I shall go forth and get it! Oh, I will for sure be trying to surpass my previous longest length! Hopefully no learning curves to curtail me:). And so long as my health stays good, I will be happy with my new journey. I have been feeling very good and things seem to be okay according to my docs. I will keep you all posted on things though. Here is a favorite pic of my hair before I cut it. Not sure what was up with my eye that day:(.

I do thank you for your very kind words! I am happy with my growth so far. I guess I didn't really understand how short it had been cut. Seems to really be taking forever to grow it back! But it is interesting to go through the different stages and remembering what it does. It's just kind of hard to look at updates here and see other guys with long hair. Just makes me wish it would hurry up and grow! I will post another update at 1 year of growth. Perhaps that one will be a little more exciting to look at! I am also looking forward to your future updates. I love the color and texture of your hair!

Thanks so much for your very kind reply! I am definitely enjoying my new journey! I kind of wish I didn't have to go through it again though! But I'm in it for the long haul this time! I am hoping to get at least mid-back length if possible. My health is doing good and life is good!

Thank you so much for your very thoughtful words! My health is holding up so far. My heart function improved a little and I am feeling pretty good. My docs say I don't even look like a dialysis patient! I kind of like that! Of course, I don't sit around and feel sorry for myself! No time for that! But this growing hair back out stuff is driving me crazy! Good things come to those who wait though! I will get my long hair back! And your hair always inspires me as well! I look forward to your next update!
