So a bit of a cool story comes as follows!
At my high school, one of the teachers there has hair that nearly touches his shoulders. Now, keep in mind that he usually scowls, and is sort of intimidating looking, especially with the long hair. So yesterday, I decided to send him an email, telling him how awesome his long hair is, how he should grow it longer, and how his hair gives me motivation to grow mine long. I saw him get the email, and I saw him smile for the first time. I didn't really think he would message me back, but he did, saying that we should have a "lengthy discussion" (his words not mine) tomorrow morning about our hair journeys! I'm really excited, especially since the conversation is with a male teacher with long hair. I'll message back on this board after the conversation.
Wow, that's really cool to be able to communicate with your teacher about his long hair and see his instant reaction! Gotta love technology as I didn't have that back in my school days which go back to the stone age ya know.lol. Definitely let us know how that discussion goes.I'd love to hear what he has to say.Cheers my friend.

You're not only quite fortunate to have a school that allows both male students and faculty have long hair, but also to be able to share that experience with a teacher. Too many schools have dumb hair rules.
The discussion went really well. He said to talk to him whenever I have any questions about long hair, and that he'll help me make the process smooth and easy! It also works out, because his hair has been as long as I want my hair to be (pec length). I am very happy that someone I know can help me with my journey!
That's fantastic that you have a supportive teacher and ally in your journey. I'm sure he appreciates your positive feedback also.
