Thanks to Raymond for this suggestion, I am posting a "starting out" pic from where I am today. I'll post monthly updates, and hopefully in about 18-20 months I'll be back to being a respectable longhair again!

Please be assured of my support, and I know how helpful it is to send in the monthly photos. Three years ago, I also had a buzz cut!
I am still growing and I'll send in my three-year photo this coming September.
I hope you won't be offended by the comparison. I stopped smoking 10 years ago. Over the first few months, I calculated how much money I was saving and bought nice little things for myself - an article of clothing or whatever. We need to offer ourselves a little reward for progress.
