Has anyone tried this out?
Keep reading that its the real deal and can at least double your hair growth.
7 straight days of massaging your head (with coconut oil) for 5 minutes, keeping your head in between your legs :-) And then 3 weeks off.
Anyway, today was day one for me so I will keep you posted. Impatience is what drives me!
I'm not buying it. Hair grows at a 1/2 inch per month. Nothing will speed that up. Don't waste your money or time on this scam.
Well, it feels longer today :-)
Happy to report that my hair has grown just over an inch, over a 4 week period.
Definitely faster than usual.
And ive been eating lots of spinach too :-)
What was the rate of growth prior to this stuff?
A little over half an inch id say, so its almost growing twice as fast, if I can keep it up I might be a long hair again in about 6 months :-)
I've also heard that if you do 50 sit-ups and 50 push-ups immediately following lots of jumping jumping-jacks, especially if you ate raw carrots beforehand, your feet will turn purple if you take a shower that day....
(And if you believe ANY of what I just said, then I'd like to sell you an expensive bridge that we have here in my home city -- it's called, "The Golden Gate!")
Take Care -- and all kidding aside, if it sounds too strange to believe, then the chances are that it *IS* too strange to be true!

Funilly enough Ken Im eating a lot of spinach too at present :-)
When the weeks up Ill measure it at report my findings..
Oh, yea. I tried the inversion thing verbatim a year or two back after running across mention of it on the Web. It's a major pain, for sure. I did it for about two months and then decided to stop. Here's the deal.
Forget all the stuff you've read about how quickly people's hair grew in a short time. The truth is that it's almost impossible to accurately measure hair growth on a week-to-week basis. All those folks who say their hair grew an inch in a week don't have a clue. I carefully tried to measure mine from the middle of the top of my head once a week and some weeks it would seem to have gained a quarter inch and other it would seem to have lost a quarter.
The nearest thing to an accurate measurement of how well the inversion me was when I compared my first measurement to the one I did two months later. Guess what? After two months my hair had grown about one inch, which was the normal rate of growth for human hair. Inversion seemed to do nothing for me.
If you want to try it, take a smart scientific approach to measurement. Before starting it, measure your growth at the beginning and end of two months. Write it down. Then do the inversion thing for two months. Then measure your hair and compare the grow from those two months to the previous two. Let us know if you come out better than I did.
Hi Gene. You are right, its a total pain in the ass for sure. Completely sick of the rigmarole after just one week. F***ing coconut oil everywhere!
I think my hair had grown faster but as you say, it sounds easy measuring your hair but it aint!
Think cutting mine all off after two long years of growing it out affected me and I was jumping onto this idea as a quick way of getting all my locks back! Idiot :-)
