Okay, okay, mea maxima culpa! There's a new round of photo updates going on here, and I've been quite remiss! Sheesh, this has been a difficult year! But my hair is doing well. I was regularly colouring, up to summer 2019, and decided to let it go 'natural.' About 13 months ago, I cut off some inches to get rid of some of the coloured hair. I've left it alone since then, neither trimming nor colouring, and this is what I have today. I fuss with my hair a bit: twice-weekly washing and conditioning, keratin masque, a bit of argon oil daily. I'm happy with the results.

...and here's the back!
Don
Hey Don
Dude, your hair looks great man ! Im jealous ! I think your O-Natural look just fantastic! Still looks full and thick even with age. Mine has thinned over time. Was thick as a rope back in the day. Im going to try your Kerritine treatment. I usauly try to wash once a week and have natural oils do the rest, conditioning and leave in argon oil throughout the week
Keep up the great hair dude !
Keep-a-growin
Steve
Thanks, Steve! Yeah, the keratin masque seems to work very nicely. I was trying to hold washings back to once a week for a while after reading about how washing strips the oils out, but I found that after three-four days my scalp would start to get really itchy. I use a gentle shampoo most of the time, but very occasionally I throw in a washing with a dandruff shampoo when the itching gets worse. I'm happy to still have almost all my hair at 63, just a little receding at the temples that keeps me parting in the middle rather than down one side! Thanks for sharing your pics also!
Don
I like the natural look Don, you have a great head of hair, regardless of color!!
Yes, I understand:
any of us that have turned grey tend to miss our original natural color. I went through a phase where I colored my beard (that "Just for Men" darkening product -- I assume they have that or something similar to that in Israel, as well as here in the US.... interesting that no matter what "shade" I bought, even the blonde beard color, basically just turned out about the same - LOL).
I remember you also living in Australia for awhile... Regardless, hope you keep it growing' & flowing'!
Take Care,
Ken
Thanks, Ken! Yes, we have 'Just for Men' here in the pharmacies. I used to use it many moons ago until I discovered the pleasures of salon colouring. My wife used to chide me about colouring; she would tell me 'You've earned your gray hair.' I would always think, 'well, if so, then I've also earned the right to colour it.' But whatever...I am now enjoying freedom from the colourist.
I did live in Australia when I first discovered this hyperboard; I was working there. I get around. My wife is a native Israeli, and it was her desire to retire here. There are definitely worse places!
This has been a difficult year, wherever one has been. May we all see better times in the coming year!
Don
