Hey all, Been a few years since I wandered by. Unfortunately I am losing my hair on the top. Over 70 now and I guess thats what you get when you get older. It is disturbing to cut my hair as I have had long hair for years. A beard also, which pays the bills at Christmas Time, ho ho ho.
Just want some opinons on cutting off me hair. Have other done a do it yourself cut? Would you just leave it till your croak? What do you think?

Have you looked into any hair loss treatments? You photo shows you still have a lot of hair. I wouldn’t cut it short with that much remaining hair. Especially since you sound like you don’t want to cut it. I would check out my options and not rush into any rash decisions.Follow your intuition.

Keep them with the beard, it gives you a nice look.

I'm 68 years old now and i've noticed my hair is less thick now and is starting to receed in the front. The hair and the beard are all grey now. I intend to keep it as long as possible, although the ends are messier than I would like. So i'll see what the future holds. It's tough getting old but it's better than the alternative.
