Hey Y’all
I’ve finally reached my 3 year mark of growing it out. This past year I started using Nutrafol to help with growth as well as Hims minoxidil and finasteride to help with thinning at the top. I’m looking forward to what kind of growth I’ll see this next year! ☮️

Hi Kris, have to say your hair looks great and congratulations on the three year anniversary :) I also take Finasteride as a perscription from my dr but for other reasons but my hope is its also helping my hair.I'm very fortunate to still have my hair as i approach my "golden years" so to speak.LOL. Aside from that I'm very happy for you with your journey and progress. Do you have a specific goal? Cheers.

Thanks Mark! I’m thinking I’d like to just grow it as long as I can. I’m curious as to what my terminal length is. This time next year I’d love to have mid back length.
Sounds like a great strategy for your hair Kris. Basically that's what I do as I just let mine grow to terminal length.I never cut it so it appears to have settled in at around should blade length.At this point in my life I'm good with that.Do keep us updated as the months go by on your progress.Cheers.
