Hello guys! This is my first post, and I was wondering if you had any tips for me growing my hair long.

Welcome to our new improved MLHH, glad you found us, and thank you for your question. It appears that you have a great head of hair to work with.
Of course, the first, and most obvious thing is not to cut it. The early stages can be the hardest, the so called awkward phase, and this is where many guys, especially when growing for the first time, give up. Just hang in there, since once you’ve grown it around a year or so, and it passes your chin, it’ll be a lot easier to deal with. You can use a number of solutions to get you through that first year, including hats, or products to keep your hair in place.
After the first year, if some areas have grown faster than other areas, you can do a slight trim of the longer areas to even everything up, if you’re looking for a “once length look”, but that’s entirely up to you. After that, you should be able to grow continuously, with occasional dusting trims of the ends to keep them in good shape.
I don’t know whether you have a particular goal in mind, but my best to you in your quest for long hair.
