Hi everyone,
Just a brief update, I am still in the early stages of growth but want to get into the habit of posting regular updates to keep me on track. My last haircut of any kind was in November and was an just undercut to help the top of my hair catch up to the sides. Before that I gave myself a buzz cut with about a ½" clippers in earlier in the Fall, I don't remember exactly when. I am going to call this about 6 months of growth, though. I think I have about a year before I will be able to pull it together into a tail or bun of any kind, so headed right into the heart of the awkward phase. Thanks for taking a look :)

Thanks for posting your photo, and that’s excellent progress from a buzz cut only 6 months ago. It looks as though your hair grows faster than the usual ½ inch per month, looking as though you have gained 5 or so inches already. You have an excellent head of hair as well, with no thinning as far as I can tell. The more of us older guys growing long hair, the better.

Greetings Phillip and welcome to the new mlhh. I did see you started posting on the old site so its cool you got a taste of it before the changeover.In time we will iron out the bugs and delete obsolete information.
Looks like you have a great start going on your new hair journey. A major plus is still having a full head of hair early on as you never know as one gets older. By know you appear to be safe from the usual male hair lose patterns. I like the natural color you currently have so it'll look amazing as your hair lengthens. Do keep us posted on your progress even though I know it can be frustrating since its such a slow process but worth it in the end.Cheers my friend.
