It's a my house that I renovate. Plasterboard is the wrost part!
My hair are white!

Hi Jesus,
Cool, and next thing you know, your hair will be close to my colour, lol. It’s done a number on your upper face as well.
That plasterboard dust must be a beast to thoroughly wash out, and it’s probably basic in nature, which isn’t all that kind to hair, so a thorough shampoo and conditioner when the day is done is in order. Tying the hair in a bun, as you have done, while working is a good idea, and would serve to reduce the amount of dust that gets into your hair, prior to washing.

I'm sanding plasterboard joints, it's not plaster, it's a special coating. It produce a very fine powder and keeping the hair in a bun avoid tangling.
When I wash my hair, it's a little difficult to wet them with the powder.
Hi Jesus,
As Mark mentioned, I hope that you were using a respirator when you were doing this work, since fine dust can be very harmful to the lungs. I’m sure you were, though, since you’re usually very meticulous in everything you do.

Hi Jesus,
Wow, I know what a mess that job is being in the trades as I've seen it all on job sites.Hopefully you wore a respirator as you don't want to breath the fine dust. When I was at work I always wore a ball cap to protect my hair whether it be from dust or wind if I was outdoors on rooftops servicing HVAC equipment. A hat would have kept that dust out of your hair at least.I know its your own house but wearing proper PPE is a must to protect yourself and most important your health down the road. Good luck with the renovations and show us the results when done.Cheers.

I do all construction jobs! Laying bricks in the cold wasn't a funny thing but, plasterboard is an awful thing: it takes time, it's boring and you are always covered with dust. You have to be meticulous because each default will be visible and there's no “magic paint” to hide imperfections.
Of course, I wear a mask because it makes a lot of dust and I don't want to breathe this thing. I'll try to find something to protect my hair, I think that a head cover used in kitchens should do the job by covering all hair. When I think to workers who do this job everyday, I don't know how they do.
There are thinks I like to do like electricity, it's my preferred part. I've rewired the whole house from scratch and added smart home functions, I can control all the lights with my computer.
