I GUESS MY HAIR ISNT GROWING ANY LONGER .I WAS HOPING FOR WAIST LENGTH BUT IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ITS GOING TO HAPPEND ITS ABOUT 5 INCH PAST MY NIPPLES BUT ITS NOT GETTING ANY LONGER,.........WHAT CAN I DO???

Hair has a maximum length that it will grow to, which is different for everyone and unfortunately not much you can do to change it. Some vitamins claim to grow hair longer and faster but I've never seen it for myself.
If that's your terminal length, then you're stuck with it. Your hair won't grow any longer. How long has it been stalled at this length? Hairs go through life cycles of growing longer, laying there looking good, then falling out to make way for new hairs. Maybe a disproportionate number of your protien strands are in the number two stage. If it hasn't been more than a few months, I wouldn't give up hope...

Also, watch your diet and take your vitamins. Dietary issues can cause hair growth problems.

yours. I'm still holding out hope
though. Maybe we'll get lucky
and it'll keep growing. As for now,
enjoy what you have. I am!
Not very much you can do. Be happy that your hair is a lot longer than plenty of people (like me) whose terminal length is less than yours. I in turn am happy that my hair is longer than people with less opportunity and ability to grow theirs than I.
