My hair is about 6 inches long, wavy, and thick. Im wondering at what length it will become more managable or when will i no longer be in the awkward stage? Im planning to grow it an additional 6 inches, and from there ill see if i want to grow it even longer. Will it be managable at that length?
Once it reaches 9 inches it should go into a pony tail somewhat easily. Then it will be easier to grow longer from there. Another 6 inches like you said, it will probably be less awkward & more managable but if not try going for terminal length.
Right...9 inches seems to be the standard. So if you already have
6 inches...another 3 inches will take 6 months...
End of winter or 1st of spring...take your pick : )
You want to grow it far enough past the shoulders so that it stays put (doesn't fall in one's face) when one looks down. That's the way hair is meant to be.
