how do u get rid of dandruff? i read that excessive dandruff can lead to hair loss...i don't wanna lose my long hair..it took me years to grow it. any suggestions out there??
Most people mean flaky scalp when they refer to dandruff. What worked for me was to thoroughly massage my scalp before washing. Changing from Pantene to Infusium also helped a lot. The dandruff shampoos don't do anything for me. If you really have dandruff that's another matter.
